Now that we have entered the new year, 2020, you may have noticed a few things about yourself.
1. Mood
A sudden change in mood that is a departure from your norm. Mood swings ranging from negative to anxious to light-hearted, even giddy. Can't quite put your finger on the reason for it?
2. Sensitivity
Loud noises are exceptionally bothersome and the same goes for lights. In fact all of your senses are fair game for being hypersensitive.
3. Compassion
Increased compassion is one of the more meaningful symptoms of a higher vibrational shift. This leads to empathy and more loving actions on your part.
4. Listening to your Inner Voice
That inner voice, the one you used to be able to ignore, is un-ignorable. There is a heightened sense of importance to listen to and act upon those inner urges.
5. Physical
You may be experiencing headaches (or more of them). Along with this heightened energy, your body may fatigue more easily and maybe your eating habits are changing.
As we ascend to a higher vibration, think about suddenly rising in a really, really fast elevator. You'll reach your destination alright but, well, you get the idea.
6. Time
Not time travel, but your perception of time may change. Long periods of time may pass more quickly than you realize or you just lose awareness of time. Have you been forgetting what day it is lately? I mean more than usual?
7. Seeing Things that 'Aren't There'?
It's okay, you don't need help in a DSM-5 kind of way. Along with heightened sensitivity, you might 'see' or 'hear' things. For example, you might think you see a cat out of the corner of your eye but when you look more closely, there isn't one. Make note of it and move on; things like this may hold significance at a later time. Also, your dreams may become more vivid. What the heck, keep a dream journal and go back over it occasionally.
This new year promises to be exciting, uplifting and illuminating. Our spirits welcome it. Be kind to yourself. Rest when you can, drink lots of water and feed your body well.
Get reiki when you can and keep moving.
